Detached eleven-bay three-storey former grain warehouse, built c.1825. Extensively renovated c.2005 with some openings remodelled to accommodate use as apartments. Hipped artificial slate roof with clay ridge tiles, having red brick chimneystacks and metal rainwater goods. Rubble stone walls throughout. Camber-headed window openings to front (north) elevation having render sills and red brick voussoirs throughout, having single-pane uPVC casement windows. Square-headed door opening with replacement yellow brick lintel to front elevation, having replacement double-leaf glazed timber doors. Tarmac-surfaced car park to north. Located at the former quayside of Clonakilty port.
