Terraced two-bay three-storey former house, built c.1820, sharing timber shopfront with neighbouring property to west. Now in use as shop. Pitched slate roof with overhanging eaves and cast-iron rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls to first and second floors, having bracing plates to second floor. Square-headed window openings with render sills, having two-over-two pane sliding sash windows to second floor and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to first floor. Timber shopfront comprising fascia board and cornice terminating by fluted console, over enlarged display window. Square-headed door opening, having replacement glazed timber door with overlight.
