What is recorded here

Detached five-bay single-storey house, built c.1820, having two-storey return to side (south-east). Hipped artificial slate roof with uPVC rainwater goods and oversailing eaves creating verandah supported on columns. Rendered walls. Camber-headed window openings with render sills to front (north-east) elevation, having six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows. Camber-headed door opening to front elevation having stepped approach with wrought-iron railing, timber doorcase comprising pilasters, moulded architrave and panelled door flanked by multiple-pane sidelights surmounted by decorative spoked fanlight.
