Semi-detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1820, having return and lean-to addition to rear (south). Pitched artificial slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks, eaves course and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls with render sill band to first floor of front (north) elevation. Roughcast rendered walls to rear elevations. Square-headed window openings with tooled stone sills and moulded raised render surrounds to front elevation having replacement six-over-six pane uPVC sliding sash windows. Square-headed window openings with render sills and replacement uPVC windows to side (east) and rear elevations. Camber-headed window opening having render sill to side (east) elevation of return, having uPVC casement window. Elliptical-headed door opening within timber doorcase having Doric columns, moulded architrave and decorative timber panelled door with brass fittings surmounted by stained glass fanlight. Situated within own grounds adjacent to street, having rendered enclosing walls with render coping to rear of house. Roughcast rendered enclosing walls with rendered plinth, coping, roughcast square-profile piers, with render capping and double-leaf cast-iron gates to front.
