Corner-sited attached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1930, having gable-fronted canted outer bays and flat-roofed porch to central bay. Now vacant. Hipped artificial slate roof and pitched roof to canted bays with rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted smooth rendered walls, lined to porch, having decorative timber battening to gable front tympanums and moulded render dentilated stringcourse to canted bays and porch with rendered sill course to ground floor. Square-headed openings with uPVC windows to first floor and one-over-one timber sliding sash windows to ground floor. Camber-headed door opening to porch with carved timber panelled door and oval window, render keystone and leaded stained glass overlight. Rendered boundary wall with cast-iron railings and pedestrian gate.
