What is recorded here

Attached three-bay three-storey house, built c.1880, with shopfront to ground floor. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystack and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted smooth rendered walls. Square-headed openings with rendered sills and uPVC windows. Render corbels to second floor sills and pedimented render head mouldings with supporting render decorative scroll brackets to first floor openings. Timber and render shopfront comprising lined render pier and incised timber pilasters supporting architrave and fascia board with render cornice having decorative render corbels. Square-headed opening with replacement timber casement display windows, flanked by square-headed door openings with overlights and replacement timber panelled and timber glazed doors.
