Terraced four-bay two-storey house, built c.1880. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls with plaque. Square-headed openings with one-over-one timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Round-headed door opening with timber glazed door, spoked fanlight and rendered surround comprising pilasters with consoles and architrave.
