Terraced two-bay two-storey local authority house, built c.1930. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with concrete sills and six-over-six sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber boarded door. Roughcast boundary wall to front with rendered piers and flat iron gate.
