Terraced three-bay two-storey former house with gabled dormers and shopfront, built c.1870, now in use as health clinic. Pitched artificial slate roof with shared rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted smooth rendered walls with moulded rendered sill course to dormers and painted cast-iron plaque to first floor. Square-headed openings with one-over-one timber sliding sash windows and moulded rendered sills. Render shopfront to ground floor comprising pilasters supporting decorative scroll brackets and moulded dentillated cornice. Square-headed opening with replacement uPVC display windows. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door, fixed timber framed sidelights and overlight.
