End-of-terrace three-bay two-storey former house, built c.1880, later in use as garage with shopfront to ground floor. Now vacant. Pitched artificial slate roof with rooflights, red brick chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted smooth rendered walls. Rubble stone walls to south-west elevation. Square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash windows and painted concrete sills with external timber shutters. Render shopfront comprising chamfered pilasters supporting moulded cornice and fascia. Pressure gauge to north-east pilaster. Square-headed door opening having timber double doors.
