Detached gable-fronted single-bay double-height former railway goods shed, built 1893, later used as maritime warehouse, now disused. Pitched slate roof. Rubble stone walls with red brick quoins. Camber-headed openings with red brick block-and-start surrounds and limestone sills. Square-headed door opening with red brick block-and-start surrounds and vertical timber panelled gable. Train tracks to site (west).
