Detached gable-fronted single-bay single-storey former boathouse, built c.1880, now in use as store. Pitched slate and artificial slate roof. Rendered rubble stone walls with red brick dressings to openings. Segmental-headed door openings to gables, one with pair of timber battened double-leaf doors and one now blocked. Segmental-headed window openings with limestone sill, now blocked. Rubble stone slipway leading to sea.
