Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c. 1910, having gabled windbreak to front (east) elevation. Pitched slate roof with brick chimneystack. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings having single and paired two-over-four pane timber sliding sash window and concrete sills. Square-headed opening to windbreak with timber battened door. Rubble dry stone boundary walls to site having single-leaf timber gate.
