Detached three-bay single-storey former gate lodge, built c. 1850, now in use as a private house. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls. Pointed arch openings with fixed windows and render label hood mouldings with ornate label stops. Oculus to front elevation having fixed window. Blind oculus over pointed arch opening with timber battened door. Square-profile ashlar limestone piers with chamfered corners. Rubble limestone boundary walls to south, with limestone copings and spear-headed railings to site.
