Semi-detached three-bay two-storey with dormer attic house, built c. 1870, having gabled end-bay and porch to front (west) elevation, and projecting gabled bay with full-height, crenellated bay window to south elevation. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and timber bargeboards with finials. Timber bargeboard and finial to dormer window. Rendered walls with moulded render cornice to porch and render string course to bay window. Square-headed openings having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to front elevation, replacement uPVC to south, and limestone sills throughout. Continuous render sill course to south elevation. Blind square-headed window openings to front elevation. Blind pointed arch opening to porch, south elevation. Pointed arch opening to porch with overlight and timber panelled door. Pair of rendered square-profile piers to south having double-leaf spear-headed gates.
