Detached two-bay two-storey double pile house, built c. 1885, having single-bay single-storey lean-to to north, conservatory to south and full-height bay window to east elevation. Pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings having replacement uPVC windows and painted sills. Square-headed openings to first floor, front (west) elevation with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed opening with overlight, recent metal canopy and timber panelled door. Painted square-profile piers having chamfered corners and cast-iron double-leaf gates.
