Comprising attic accommodation with dormers, gabled end bay to west having full-height bay window, single-bay two-storey entrance block and conservatory to south. Pitched slate roofs with cast-iron rainwater goods and rendered chimneystacks. Hipped slate roof with render bracketed eaves course to entrance block. Rendered walls having plinth course. Moulded render cornice having keystone, string course and ornate plaque to bay window. Camber-headed openings to dormers having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows throughout. Square-headed openings to west elevation having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows with continuous render sill course to first floor and limestone sills to ground floor. Render architraves over ground floor windows to west elevation. Square-headed openings to west elevation, ground floor having replacement uPVC windows. Round-headed opening to east elevation having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash window. Square-headed opening to entrance block, east elevation, having stained glass overlight and half-glazed timber panelled door. Rendered walls to east yard.
