Detached three-bay two-storey house over basement, built c. 1860, having gabled and canted end-bay to west and projecting central porch with canopy. Recessed single-bay single-storey carriage arch to west elevation. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Painted rendered walls having ornate render string course to canted-bay and entrance-bay. Render string course to entrance-bay terminating in foliate label stops . Camber-headed openings all with replacement uPVC windows and painted render sills. Round-headed openings to ground floor, canted end-bay, having replacement uPVC windows. Render impost course to first floor windows, canted end-bay. Render sill course to first floor windows, having foliate label stop. Entrance comprising round-headed opening with render surround and foliate consoles, overlight and replacement uPVC door. Painted rendered boundary walls with square-profile piers, cast-iron railings and single-leaf cast-iron gate.
