Semi-detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1860, having extension with crenellated canted bay to south elevation and porch to front. Built as pair with adjoining house. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Rendered walls and slate hangings to south elevation. Square-headed bipartite openings to first floor comprising pair of double lancet overlights over four-over-four pane timber sliding sash windows with limestone sills. Continuous render sill course to first floor. Square-headed tripartite openings to ground floor comprising lancet overlights over one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows with limestone sills. Pointed arch opening having spoked fanlight over half-glazed timber panelled double doors. Flanking sidelights to entrance having double lancet overlights over lancet windows. Rectangular plan timber porch comprising pillars, balustrades and lancet overlights over pointed arch windows. Rubble limestone boundary walls to site.
