Terraced two-bay two-storey former coastguard dwelling with attic accommodation, built c. 1900, now in use as private house. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and recent rooflights. Rendered walls. Camber-headed openings with brick block-and-start surround and six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows. Camber-headed door opening with camber-headed timber panelled half-glazed door and concrete steps. Set back from street with site bounded by rubble stone wall surmounted by carved limestone copings and cast-iron railings. Pedestrian entrance to front with cast-iron gate.
