Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1910, with gabled end bay with double-height canted bay window to front elevation and single-bay single-storey porch to front elevation. Lower two-storey lean-to addition to rear and single-bay single-storey lean-to entrance extension to east elevation. Pitched slate roofs with red brick chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods, and timber bargeboards. Hipped slate roofs to bay window and porch. Painted roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings with timber casement windows having small-pane overlights, and concrete sills, those to bay windows having continuous sills. Square-headed entrance doorway to porch with timber panelled half-glazed double doors.
