End-of-terrace two-bay two-storey house, built c. 1935 as part of terrace, with box-bay window to ground floor front under lean-to canopy running length of front elevation and continuing along terrace. Hipped slate roof with red brick chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed windows openings with concrete sills and replacement timber windows. Square-headed entrance opening having timber panelled half-glazed door, overlight and timber architrave. Approached by flight of concrete steps set back from street with site bounded by rendered walls with concrete coping surmounted by timber railings and having rendered square-profile piers with timber gate to entrance.
