Detached single-storey three-bay house, built c. 1860. Pitched corrugated-iron roof having decorative wrought-iron ridge cresting, brick chimneystack and aluminium rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls with painted panelled render pilasters to ends. Square-headed window openings with six-pane pivoting timber windows, having painted limestone sills. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door. Set below street level behind rendered boundary walls with metal railings and decorative wrought-iron gate.
