Attached two-storey building, built c. 1825, now in use as public house, having three-bay first floor and four-bay arcaded ground floor. Pitched slate roof having rendered chimneystack, render coping to gable, cast-iron rainwater goods, and rooflights to rear. Ashlar limestone walling to front (west) elevation, rendered walls to south gable, and coursed rubble limestone walls to rear elevation. Square-headed window openings to first floor, having replacement timber windows, and limestone sills, and windows to rear having brick surrounds. Segmental-arched openings to ground floor, having pilasters with plinths between openings, larger openings infilled to lower half, and having ashlar voussoirs and recent timber windows and doors. Gateway to south gives access to yard to rear, with metal gate.
