Terraced two-storey over basement house, built 1777, as part of scheme of almshouses, having three-bay ground floor and two-bay first floor. Eastern bay shared with house to east and has blind openings with brick block-and-start surrounds, camber-headed blind window to first floor and round-headed niche to ground. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, terracotta chimney pots and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered coursed limestone walls. Camber-headed window openings with brick block-and-start surrounds and timber sliding sash windows, six-over-six pane to first floor and basement and nine-over-six pane to ground floor. Round-headed door opening with timber panelled door, spoked timber fanlight, brick block-and-start surround and limestone step over area. Rendered boundary wall with limestone coping.
