End-of-terrace two-bay two-storey over basement house, north bay originally part of three-bay house built 1777, and south bay being later addition. Part of scheme of almshouses. Hipped slate roof with carved limestone eaves course and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered coursed limestone walls, having quoins between bays. Camber-headed window openings with red brick block-and-start surround and having timber sliding sash windows, six-over-six pane to first floor and nine-over-six pane to ground floor. Replacement window to basement. Round-headed door opening to ground floor having red brick block-and-start surround and timber panelled door with limestone steps to front with rendered parapet walls having limestone copings. Archway to south to yard behind and having red brick block-and-start surround and timber door.
