Detached three-bay two-storey with dormer attic former house, built c. 1920, with double-height canted-bay windows to end bays of front elevation, recent lean-to dormer window to roof, single-bay single-storey addition to north gable with further three-bay single-storey recent extension to north and canted-bay window and single-bay single-storey lean-to extension to south elevation. Now in use as offices. Hipped slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks, recent rooflights, cast-iron rainwater goods and timber corbelled cornice. Roughcast rendered walls, smooth rendered to canted bays, with render quoins. Square-headed openings to front with concrete sills and timber sliding sash windows, two-over-two pane to canted bays and double one-over-one pane to middle of first floor. Replacement uPVC to dormer window. Square-headed openings to canted-bay window to south elevation with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows and continuous concrete sill. Square-headed opening to front elevation with render surround comprising pilasters supporting architrave, frieze and cornice, timber panelled door with glazed panel, overlight and sidelights and cut limestone steps. Rubble limestone boundary walls with decorative cast-iron piers and double-leaf gate.
