Attached three-bay two-storey combined house and outbuilding, built c. 1800, currently not in use. Pitched slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted wet dashed walls. Segmental carriage archway to north end of front elevation, having brick arch-ring and painted timber battened double-leaf door. Square-headed window openings now boarded up, having painted limestone sills. Square-headed entrance opening with painted timber battened door.
