Two-storey building, c. 1875, jettied over River Lee. Appears vacant 2002. Central square-plan lantern to pyramidal roof. Render finish to walls having moulded cornice to window heads of ground floor. Group of three windows on each floor, forming single bay to river façade. Square headed openings with cills and plain surrounds. Windows are either timber sliding sash or timber casement affecting sliding sashes, central light of first floor missing glass panels.
