Terraced single-bay three-storey with attic house, c. 1800, with two-storey oriel projection to front elevation; having pitched roof, flat roofed dormer extension and rendered chimneystack, parapet with plain coping and cast iron hopper and downpipe, painted roughcast render finish, replacement six over six timber sliding sash windows to upper floors and uPVC casement window to ground floor, retaining limestone threshold and timber door surround with cornice, plain frieze and pilasters, recessed timber panelled entrance door and reveals with plain overlight, wrought iron railings to front with bases now set in concrete; street frontage with enclosed area to rear; one of five.
