End-of-terrace three-bay two-storey with attic premises, c. 1860, having two-storey annexe to rear with separate entrance; in use as retail outlet with residential accommodation to rear; having asbestos cement tile pitched roof and brick chimney stacks, painted render finish and modern timber shopfront, lugged render surrounds to openings to front elevation, replacement uPVC casement windows and timber framed display windows to ground floor, square headed door opening with glazed timber entrance door and plain overlight; street frontage, on corner site at junction with Southern Road.
