Terraced two-bay four-storey house with steeply pitched slate roof, c. 1760; one of a pair; wine bar/restaurant to semi-basement with residential accommodation to upper floor. Having two over two timber sliding sash windows to first and second floors, mullioned timber sliding sash window to ground floor, shopfront to semi-basement and six stone steps to square headed door opening with plain fanlight; street frontage and small enclosed area to rear.
