Terraced two-bay four-storey premises, c. 1800; one of a pair; two-storey annexe to rear, having slate, M-pitched roof with parapet to front, rendered and brick chimney stacks, painted render finish with string courses cill levels, render surrounds and shopfront to ground floor with cornice signboard and decorative stop ends, c. 1880, camber headed window openings retaining timber sliding sash windows and painted stone cills; street frontage and access onto Dunbar Street to rear.
