Terraced two-bay four-storey premises, c. 1800; one of a pair; in use as offices, having asbestos cement tile M-pitched roof and brick chimney stacks, painted render finish, render surrounds and string courses to cill levels, name plaque to first floor level, camber headed window openings retaining timber sliding sash windows, modern timber panelled entrance door with timber over door and large display window to ground floor retaining window guard; street frontage and enclosed area to rear.
