Terraced two-bay four-storey premises, c. 1810, with annexe to rear; retail outlet to ground floor with residential accommodation over. Steeply pitched slate roof, iron rooflight to front elevation, brick chimney stack, cast iron gutter and downpipe. Retaining three over three and two over two timber sliding sash windows in camber headed openings, with separate entrance to upper floors, having display window to ground floor, square headed door openings with plain fanlights; street/river frontage and small enclosed area to rear.
