Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c. 1825, with annexe to rear. Asbestos slate pitched roof, rendered chimney stack, cast-iron gutter. Painted render finish. Having six over three, six over six and eight over eight timber sliding sash windows in square headed openings. Cast iron window guard to ground floor and square headed door opening with cornice on brackets, timber fluted pilasters and overlight with simple fretwork, timber panelled entrance door and limestone step; street frontage and small enclosed area to rear, one of eight.
