End-of-terrace two-bay three-storey house, c. 1825; altered and modernised, c. 1995; two-storey extension to rear. Pitched roof, brick chimney stack, fibre cement tiles. Having painted render finish and limestone plaque that reads "Warren's Row", replacement timber one over one pane sliding sash windows, square headed door opening with modern timber entrance door; street frontage, enclosed area to rear, one of eight.
