What is recorded here

Terraced three-bay four-storey premises, c. 1790; in use as offices. Slate pitched roof, rendered chimney stack, parapet with plain coping, flat roofed dormer extension, c. 1975. Brick façade in Flemish bond with some areas repointed, brick flat arches and painted rendered plinth band, retaining timber sliding sash windows, round headed door opening with large fanlight and sidelights with lead work, and engaged Ionic pilasters, replacement timber panelled entrance door; street frontage with small garden area to front bounded by moulded limestone kerb and wrought iron railings.
