Terraced two-bay four-storey Georgian house, c. 1810; one of a terrace of five; in use as offices. Slate pitched roof and parapet with simple coping, brick façade painted at ground floor and limestone plaques at parapet level, retaining limestone cills, timber sliding sash windows and round headed door opening with timber panelled entrance door, plain fanlight, side lights with simple tracery and doorcase with fluted pilasters and plinth blocks; street frontage.
