Terraced two-bay four-storey former house, built c. 1840, as a pair with the adjoining building to the south. Now in use as retail outlet. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls with moulded string course at sill levels of first and second floors. Replacement uPVC and timber casement windows to upper floors. Shopfront to ground floor, c. 2000.
