Terraced three-bay four-storey commercial building, c. 1870. Pitched slate roof with rendered parapet and having decorative render eaves course. Rendered walls with render string courses, pilasters and colonettes flanking round-headed openings, archivolts, and scallops over square-headed openings. Square-headed openings to first floor and round-headed openings to second and third floors, having timber sash windows. Altered to ground floor and shopfront inserted, c. 2000.
