Corner-sited end-of-terrace two-bay four-storey former house, built c. 1780, as a pair with the adjoining building to the east. Altered to ground floor and shopfront inserted, c. 1970. Now in use as offices. Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystack and having moulded render parapet. Rendered walls with decorative render architraves to upper floor windows. Segmental-arched windows with replacement uPVC windows. Pedimented timber doorcase at first floor level to side elevation, approached by flight of steps having cast-iron railings. Two-storey oriel window to side elevation.
