Corner-sited end-of-terrace former group of three two-bay three-storey former houses, built c. 1845, now in use as six-bay three-storey building. Also incorporating two-bay three-storey former house to quay elevation to the east. In use as retail outlets and flats. Pitched and hipped slate roofs with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls, altered to ground floor with segmental-arched openings inserted and having flanking pilasters. Timber sash windows to upper floors. Replacement fixed windows and glazed doors to ground floor.
