Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1830, as a pair with the adjoining house to the south. Pitched tile roof with rendered chimneystack and moulded parapet. Roughcast rendered walls with raised render surrounds to openings. Replacement uPVC windows with segmental-arched window opening to the ground floor. Replacement railings to site, set on remains of limestone plinths.
