Terraced three-bay three-storey former house over raised basement, built c. 1850, with dormer attic. Now in use as flats. Pitched tile roof with rendered chimneystack and pair of gabled dormer windows. Rendered walls. Segmental-arched openings with timber sash windows and stone sills. Round-headed door opening with moulded render surround, and replacement timber panelled door having a fanlight above. Cast-iron railings set on limestone plinths, and flight of limestone steps leading to entrance door.
