Pitched tile roof with dormer windows, rendered chimneystack and rendered parapet. Rendered walls and replacement uPVC windows. Replacement timber panelled door set in round-headed opening. Cast-iron railings set on limestone plinths, with limestone bridge over basement area leading to entrance door.
