Terraced two-bay four-storey former house with integral laneway, built c. 1880, now in use as retail outlet. Pitched slate roof having red brick parapet and moulded brick cornice. Red brick walls with yellow brick string courses and voussoirs. Segmental-arched window openings having timber sliding sash windows and limestone sills to upper floors. Remains of timber shopfront, c. 1900, comprising of carved consoles, fascia and cornice with enlarged window opening.
