Corner-sited end-of-terrace two-bay four-storey former house, built c. 1870, now in use as retail outlet. Flat roof with projecting eaves course. Red brick walls. Timber sash windows having limestone lintels and sills to upper floors. Ground floor altered and full-width shopfront inserted.
