Three-bay single-storey central look-out monitor to attic. Hipped artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Hipped roof and slate cladding to monitor. Rendered walls. Timber sliding sash windows. Timber flush doors with inset glazed panels.
