Detached four-bay single- and two-storey former estate worker's house with dormer attic, built c. 1875, comprising two-bay two-storey block with two-bay single-storey wing having dormer attic. Now in use as private house. Pitched slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods, rendered and red brick chimneystacks and gabled dormer. Rendered walls with inscribed plaque. Timber sliding sash windows. Timber panelled door. Detached multiple-bay single-storey rubble stone outbuilding with round-headed integral carriage arches, built c. 1875. Detached three-bay single-storey former gate lodge with gabled projecting porch to centre, c. 1890, now in use as private house. Cut-stone gate piers to site.
